Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to paintings and items purchased through this website.

Payment

All prices are shown in pounds sterling (£).

Payment can be made securely by PayPal, Apple Pay, or debit/credit card.

Delivery

Prices include postage and packaging. I currently deliver to UK addresses only.

Paintings will be carefully packaged and sent to the delivery address provided when ordering. I aim to dispatch orders promptly and will contact you if there is likely to be any significant delay.

Returns & Cancellations

You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your painting. Please contact me within this period if you wish to do so.

You then have 14 days to return the painting. Unless the painting is faulty, damaged or not as described, you are responsible for the cost of returning it.

Please package the painting carefully and return it in the condition in which it was received.

A refund will be made following receipt of the returned painting, in accordance with your statutory rights.

Damaged Paintings

I take care to package paintings securely. If your painting arrives damaged, please contact me as soon as possible and provide photographs of the damage and packaging where possible.

Your statutory rights are not affected.

Artwork

I make every effort to show and describe each painting accurately. Please be aware that colours can vary slightly between different screens and devices.
